Welcome to WallHabit, an application designed to enhance your productivity by limiting access to time-wasting applications. Before using WallHabit, please carefully read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Acceptance of Terms
By using the WallHabit application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the application.

Responsible Use
WallHabit is intended to help you focus and improve your productivity. Please use the application responsibly and respect the personal and work needs of others.

Usage Limitations
The user agrees to use WallHabit only for lawful purposes and not for any illegal or unauthorized activities.

WallHabit respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. All information collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties
WallHabit provides a service “as is” and does not offer any express or implied warranties of its effectiveness. The user understands and agrees that the use of the application is at their own risk.

Subscriptions and Payments
WallHabit offers auto-renewing subscriptions and lifetime purchase options.

  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your respective App Store account (Apple ID or Google Play) at the confirmation of purchase.

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

  • Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase.

  • Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled exclusively by the respective store (Apple or Google) according to their policies.

  • Lifetime Access: The “Lifetime” plan requires a one-time payment and grants access to premium features for the duration of the application’s lifetime (if available).

Changes to Terms and Conditions
WallHabit reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted within the application and will be effective from the date of posting. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Termination of Agreement
WallHabit reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user’s access to the application in case of violation of these Terms and Conditions or for security reasons.

Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which WallHabit is registered.
